DPM Launches Live Help Online

Hi everyone,

We've now launched the Live Help button on our site where customers can speak to us online in real time at the click of a button. It's a much faster way to get help or for us to answer your questions without you having to email or phone.

It'll run for a week and then we'll access if it's been a worth while addition.

Any feedback, good or bad, is welcomed.

Very good idea well im at college i cant ring anyone so email was the only option!
